About Melinda Curtis

Melinda Curtis is a USA Today bestselling author of women's fiction, sweet romance, and sweet romcoms.

Once upon a time, she used to work in a large corporation as a manager and flew on a corporate jet with the management team. As luck would have it (bad), she sat more than once on the "jump seat," better known to flight crews as the potty in 6-7 passenger jets. Yes, she seat belted herself onto a jet propelled potty. (Thankfully, no one ever needed to use it while they were in the air or experiencing turbulence.)

It is experiences like these that helped develop Melinda's sense of humor.

(It should be noted that no one ever believes that jump seat story is real, but it is. Girl Scouts Honor!)

Melinda is married to her college sweetheart and lives in Oregon. She has three kids, three grandkids (how did that happen?), and three fur babies (plus about one hundred goldfish the previous owner of her house left in the outdoor pond - they multiply, folks). In her spare time, she rides her Peloton, putters in the garden, and drinks coffee while watching the goldfish in the pond.

Life is good and there are many books. Here's hoping you can say the same!
